S.O.P. : Standard Operating PALPAK
It was yesterday June 15, since I witnessed a devastating accident on the street across the Mandaue City, Hall of Justice. On our way home, with my mom, the jeepney passed by and I've got the chance to peek on what happened.
There was a collision of two (2) motorcycles, and because of the strong impact, the motorcycles are broken.
A man on the ground immobilized, (I think) of broken bones, bruises and serious injury on his head and skin. He was 5 meters from his motorcycle, which I supposed he flew because of the impact. He has still his helmet on and fortunately, his clothes are not torn away by the rogue accident. Good thing no one tried to move him, hence there's no certified person who could give a S.O.P. first aid procedure.
Which I thought would be the S.O.P., I supposed ambulance would came first or maybe minutes after the accident they would come to rescue.
But unlikely, the police patrol came first, curios people surrounds.
The ambulance came 25 minutes after the incident happened. When the fact was, the hospital was only 200 meters away from the incident. No heavy traffic at all.

It's only frustrating to know, how they could work like this. If they have been hustle enough to rescue, then the injured person would not suffer longer, and there will be no traffic caused by the accident.
We only hope they would work sufficiently as their job requires them and to the people who are in need of them.
I supposed the victim had survived but with broken bone and big bruises.
